Ever since they've been under new management the quality of the food sucks! I been there 3 times since new mngnt and each time i've been dis-sappointed ... they're In-experience waiters and in-experience chefs...Food Quality is poor, pancakes are often uncooked in the middle. BACON is extremely greasy like its been sitting in its own fat until someone orders it ,then then they just reheat rather than making it fresh!Vegetables are not as fresh..for example: tomatoes aren't good in texture or color...etc . Lets just say . Ive had better better brkfst at a Bodega ...

Food is good. I only ever oreder the french toast here at all times of the day. They sometimes move slow to take a Take-Out order but once they realize, they move faster to accommodate.

The food was great,hot,and on time! The waitress was polite and not over friendly ,she conducted herself well! I ordered the blueberry pancakes and four piece fried chicken .It gets three thumbs up and a wink !!! Overall , I really enjoyed the food , service, and environment of this IHOP on Hillside Avenue,peace!!!

I hated everything about this location but yet it has an "A" rating. WTF!! I would give this restaurant a C for general but as a whole, it is a D. First, my hashbrowns were soggy and cold; my fiancée chicken was okay but his waffles were also soggy. My eggs were nasty as hell! Not to mention the smell and housekeeping of the place was horrible. I will not comeback ns I hope they shut it down for good because the service was not 'okay' or good it was FREAKIN HORRIBLE!!!

DO NOT EAT HERE!
I came in today at 3:20pm on October 3rd, 2015 and I placed my order with a very kind waitress. In approximately 5 minutes waiting, I see a cockroach walking on my table towards me. I was immediately disgusted by this and told the manger to cancel my order because this has made me feel insecure to eat here. He apologized for the inconvenience. I walked out and not I would recommend to everyone
PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE!!!
