Horrible Customer service. Waited more than half an hr and no one came to our table. we walked out of this Place wrote a letter to IHOP and they totally ignored it. would have given it - 5 Stars but didnt have that option.

Unlimited shrimp calls for an unlimited waiting period as well ! Waiters take on to many tables at a time and have you waiting for nearly 30 mins after you ask for the check! One star for customer service !!!!!!!

The food is good but if you over stay your welcome. They nicely ask you to leave. In other words, if they're not making any more money off you. Leave! That very rude!

Two words - BIG MISTAKE!
I went to the take out window / the menu that the cashier attendant had given me had chewing gum between the pages. The houskeeping there is not up to par at all. The cashier tried to short change me by $10 / and then apologized with a serious attitude when it was brought to her attention. Much of my time was wasted. And to top it all off - my order was incomplete!! This is the only review Ive ever written in my life / & its a crying shame / this is by far the WORST IHOP Ive ever been to in my LIFE!! I will starve b4 ever going there again.

Bad service, slow, food cold. All the employees playing around and talking on the phone. First iHop I visited that made me regret going to. I hope the owner reads this and corrects these grave issues. Great location, bad employees. The one in Northern and 73rd in Queens even thou is small and you wait for seating after you get your order is all worth it.
