IHOP

I love the place.i loved the service given to me by my server, Kersei. What I DID NOT like,however, is how she was spoken to by her Co worker Tracy. Tracy instructed Kersei to take another table, Kersei said ,okay. But that wasn't good enough for Tracy, who made faces behind Kersei 's back and loudly called her lazy, saying, damn, it's only one table. This is very unprofessional behavior. Kersei, I enjoyed your service today. I hope you're here when I come back. Tracy, I hope you learn to respect your coworkers. You can't see me, but I'm making faces at you right now.

Just horrible. Overcrowded .. Understaff and every mother in the world wants to bring their party of 50 kids here to eat. Like no one cooks on the weekends..

Slow service me and my mom wanted a check and it took like 30minz or more I think but great food though

Well food was good, place clean, wait a little to long for the food but it was worthy deisy was really nice and very cleaver thanks ihop I defently will come back

Great food which gives them a 4, but horrible service.

I know that at late nite shifts, people want to close down and finish for the night. Regardless of that, you still have a job to do and that is service.

The host was kind and I appreciated her service and kind gestures.

My girlfriend and I waited a while to be served. As much of a clown (without being disrespectful), and the waitress didn't pay mind. No problem, maybe it was a awkward day?

We were given our check before we finished eating. What if I wanted more? That's more money in ihops pocket but I guess they don't want my business.

Overall I felt apathy from this particular waiter. The other waiters seem more kind and I would have desired their service than that of this person.

Despite that, I still tipped her. If iHop needs to increase wages to improve service, then it should be done.
