• It's tiny, which makes it way to crowded.
• The service is a 7 out of 10 and that's only cause the place is crowded which makes it difficult for the waitresses to maneuver around hence the 45 minute wait just for 3 pancakes and coffee.
• Food is great
• Great eye candy (waitresses)

I never write reviews but after today I had to! Poor service. I just left there today with my mother. I found a zip lock strip tie in the Pancake ! I damn near choked on it. Several occasions prior the service was mediocre. I don't recommend this IHOP at all.

Somewhat good customer service. Told us to move for a party of 10 while there wasn't any party of 10 at all. Took a while to wait for our table to then be moved. Stressed my family and especially my grandmother who didn't need this stress today on new years eve. Manager is incapable to do his job. I would prefer to go all the way to the IHOP in east Harlem and be treated fairly than to come here and be treated unfairly and have no profession in customer service.

Weekends have long waits. Food is always good, but i think over priced
