IHOP

The food is decent but they have the worst customer service. Very rude people, takes forever to order and get your food, and if you want to call for pickup- good luck getting them to answer....

I don't be having a issue here but I just don't come here on a Sunday. About to enjoy my french toast.

My friends and I (total 4) went to this ihop during the 2:45 am to grab some breakfast. We walked in and it was pretty clear the 1 waiter working there wasn't really happy to see us. We sat down, waited... And waited .. But no one approached us for our order. After 15 minutes, my friend went to the front and asked the waiter to take our order. Five minutes passed and the waiter never came, instead he kept attending to the other tables that already had been served. We gave it five more minutes , and no waiter. We all got up and walked out, right passed him, he never tried to stop us or even cared to ask what was wrong. Im not sure what the issue was, whether he was having a bad day, whether Ohio was understaffed, or whether he was just taking his sweet time... Regardless I'm very disappointed in the service and I will surely call the ihop headquarters to report this place. You have been warned in advance!

Fast service and delicious food! What more could you ask for? I appreciate that the staff is always checking up to make sure that you do not need anything! Thanks Ihop for crispy hash browns and bacon!! Will be visiting frequently!!

I used to come here as a kid so it was more nostalgia for me. I can tell you one thing I won't be going to this location ever in my life. why? BED BUGS! I go in there we sit down to eat then my ankles are itching like crazy. my bf jokes maybe it's bed bugs. THAT'S NOT FUNNY. After the meal I get to the car and inspect my ankles sure enough I have bites all on my ankles. Then I inspect my body then my coat and I found the culprit. Nice plumped bed bag. The manager couldn't have cared less when I called them to inform them of the situation. I have to fumigat my truck and take precautions at my house. It was gross. Never again?,thank goodness
