The guy knows the right buttons to push. He does not operate a "shelter". Shelters have to be licensed. Aside from the smell of the place and his high prices he is also a
"predator" He's asked several young women to spend a weekend with him at his cabin in NY State

The owner of this store is a real sweetheart. He adopts out several animals and takes care of many others at home. He's always willing to get what you need and is truly an animal lover.
