Ordered phone kit that was supposed to change the color of my iPhone. They assured me they had the product in stock however after weeks of not receiving said product I called and was told they were not in fact able to get that product. They claimed they were going to give me a refund. They only gave me a partial refund and still owe me $500. The funny part of the situation was that when I asked how they could have such bad service if they had several good reviews they informed me they had written those reviews themselves, which makes sense because they have no names on the info of the people who wrote the reviews. They were rude on the phone and this is a company that I have bought several hundred dollars worth of product before. I've never written a review before however in this case I believe the consumer has the right to know what they may be getting into. Good luck trying to reach somebody on the phone when you need assistance. You are better off going with several of the other legit phone modification companies.

AMAZING! Thats all I have to say. They took me the same day, and I got to watch my blue color swap right then and there. My iphone 4 looks better than new! Attention to detail was amazing, and he tested a the phone up and down before he would let me leave. I will be back! :)

These guys are GREAT!!!! I stopped by iFix Direct to fix my iPhone and they were extremely knowledgeable about iPhones. I will recommend them to all of my friends and family. You can tell that customer service is at the top of there priority.

Great Team over at iFixDirect. They really know what there doing with every iphone they take in. I got my white conversion done there a couple months ago and everything went great. They try very hard to make sure every customer is fully satisfied.

After doing some research locally, I decided to give ifixdirect a shot for my white iPhone 4 conversion. The staff seemed nice and showed me all the parts as well as explained the whole process. The whole conversion took about 40 minutes and now I have a white iPhone :)! I would definitely recommend checking them out
