IFA Insurance Company

All the people who are giving this company 4-5 stars have to work for the company. This company is extremely unprofessional... customer service is horrible. The wait time is horrible. The responsiveness is horrible. I would be embarrassed to be the president of this organization

I've been a customer for 5+ years with no negative issues and very competitive rates. This past year my wife was the victim in an accident and IFA processed the claim and communicated everything with ease. We have no reason to go elsewhere.

This company is the worst customer service they are rude and unprofessional, you can never get a hold of anyone for my claim they dump you into a voicemail that says this voice mail box is full, so you have to call over and over and be put on hold, then I have a claim where my car was hit and run for uninsured motorist and they offered me no rental car took almost 3 wks to answer my claim and then only offered me way lower than blue book value for my car which was a total loss. Never can get a manager on the phone or they put you on hold for over and hour and hang up on you. Never in my life have I been treated with such incompetence or unprofessionalism. They are a scam and there is no one I can even speak to to address my claim and why they are only offering me so little no money with no rental car in the month it's been before I get my money. Someone really needs to investigate this company they have horrible reviews from other customers I wish I would have seen before using them, they really should not be allowed to do business like this. It is a backwards, hole in the wall company with people who do not know what they are doing or how to talk to customers. Please look into this before it happens to someone else.

i've had nothing but positive experiences with IFA. when i call, the agents are friendly and helpful. i have forgotten payments here and there and they contact you in plenty of time before they put in a cancellation notice. as far as the other reviews on here...all the bad ones are from people who are obviously horrible drivers. remember kids, you get what you give...don't be rude to the agents...they won't be rude to you. i recommend this company if you aren't texting and driving, driving drunk or can't drive, in general.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Unlike other customers, I can honestly say that the reps are great. They answered all of my questions and were always very pleasant. It's a shame they aren't renewing any policies this coming year. Their rates were the best. I'm going to miss them.
