I had a IDT rep, scam my mom, lieing saying she has to update her new pseg charges.
When I came back from work, my mom shared the information, I knew it was fishy because I had my cousin advise me how this on going scams that go on, being so that she works at the PSEG CALL CENTER.
My cousin told me that the truth is , as a pseg customer you do have the right to switch your 3rd party supplier, and this is why these companies get away with this by taking advantage of this state law.
Its so easy to switch over, they ask for your bill and take the POD number, they will even go as far calling the pseg customer service center to help you sign up? lol
The sad part, is that they scam mostly senior citizens, people who speak Spanish and promising cheaper rates, a refund of $100 dollars, or that they work for the Spanish assistance agencies that help with paying your PSEG bill ( PACO OR PUERTO RICAN ACTION BOARD).

I called pseg immediately same day, and cancelled it right away and then I called this rep, uneducated , because and advise her what she did was completely wrong and promised I would leave a review about this company.
Please keep your mail boxed locked as well, because they also steal pseg bills from your mail box, to sign you up with your consent.
If you get tricked with any 3rd party supplier, DO NOT CALL THE 3RD PARTY SUPPLIER AT ALL, THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU CANCEL .
CALL PSEG CUSTOMER SERVICE, ITS A QUICK PROCESS.
TRUST ME, YOU DONT WANT TO SEE YOUR BILL COME UP TO ALMOST 200 MONTHLY ONLY IN SUPPLY CHARGES, , BECAUSE by PSEG YOU STILL WILL BE REPONSBLIE OF THIS CHARGE.
Pseg pays the suppliers first before billing you and this is why you will never be able to dispute the charges, you will have to owe money regardless..
Tenía un representante de IDT, estafa a mi madre, que miente diciendo que tiene que actualizar sus nuevas funciones PSEG.
Cuando volví de trabajo, mi madre compartió la información, sabía que era sospechoso porque tenía mi primo me aconsejan cómo esto va en estafas que tienen lugar, siendo de manera que ella trabaja en el Centro de Llamadas PSEG.
Mi primo me dijo que la verdad es que, como cliente PSEG usted tiene el derecho de cambiar su proveedor de 3 ª parte, y esto es por qué estas empresas se salgan con esto tomando ventaja de esta ley estatal.
Es muy fácil para cambiar, que piden su factura y tomar el número POD, ellos incluso ir tan lejos llamando al centro de atención al cliente para ayudarle a PSEG se inscribe? lol
La parte triste, es que estafa mayoría Tercera Edad, las personas que hablan tarifas más baratas de España y prometedor, un reembolso de $ 100 dólares, o que trabajan para las agencias de asistencia españolas que ayudan con el pago de su factura de PSEG (PACO O PUERTORRIQUEÑAS MEDIDAS DE LA JUNTA ).
Gracias a dios, este IDT REP dejarla ID, su nombre y el número de células y la confirmación del contrato #.
Llamé inmediatamente PSEG mismo día, y se cancela de inmediato y luego me llamó a este representante, sin educación, porque ya aconsejar a ella lo que hizo fue completamente equivocada y prometí que dejar un comentario sobre esta empresa.
Para todos los clientes españoles, me siento mal por ellos, con qué frecuencia se engaña a esta gran estafa.
Por favor, mantenga sus emails en caja cerrada, así, ya que también roban cuentas de PSEG de su buzón de correo electrónico, para firmar para arriba con su consentimiento.
Si se deje engañar con cualquier proveedor de 3 ª parte, NO llame al proveedor 3 ª Parte en absoluto, que no le ayudará a cancelar.
Asistencia llama PSEG, es un proceso rápido.
Confía en mí, usted no quiere ver a su BILL ALCANZA PARA CASI 200 MENSUAL SOLO EN CARGOS DE SUMINISTRO, por cuanto con PSEG usted todavía será REPONSBLIE de este cargo.
PSEG paga a los proveedores antes de mandarle la cuenta a uste, por eso no todvia debes que pagar los cargos con pseg
