Exponential Service, To bad google has only has 5 stars, I wish they had more then 5 star to give this great Service providing team. I give you both of you 10 Stars. My Iphone 6 screen cracked several months back, call around and which turns out to be Ideal Devices where the cheapest in the area. So I get it replaced by them, 2 months later had some problem with it, I called them up they said come in now, believe it not this is the first company that wants their customers to come inn right away if there is a problem with the product. I went inn to fix the issue, but with me not being around much they waited until it was convenient for me. I went back 3 months later to fix the problem and they glad honored unlike other companies if your late by even a day they will say warranty is over sorry cant help you.

Guys keep up the great work, wish you all the best and all of you seeking any mobile\tablet repair service this is the place do not go anywhere else. Trust me I work in a customer relationship business these guys toped it off period.

I had a problem with my Samsung S3 phone taking a charge (wouldn't charge at times and other times would only get to 40%) after charging for hours. I also had a cracked screen. Because of bad experiences with local phone repair companies I decided to do a Google search and explore my options this time. Ideal Devices popped up so I visited their website. After seeing that their prices were better than those in my area I decided to give them a call. The woman who answered the phone was very polite and professional. I explained my phone issues and she shared that information with the technician. They actually listened to what my problems were (of course he needed to see it to be sure) and then shared information about some possibilities as well as a few options. Long story short,I decided to take my phone to them. They were able to find and repair both issues within an hour! I have stored Ideal Devices phone number for future repairs...

Screen cracked on my S5. My touch still worked. Called a repair store in Edison close to me the guy quoted me at $125! I called Woodbridge Mall, $140 cash and $165 credit! What the HELL! He says we do LCD repairs only for the S5! Plus a $25.00 difference using my card? Called a few other places. I found Ideal Devices and they had no reviews which really made me skeptical. They explained to me that I had a spider crack. Hmm that made sense b/c it does resemble a spider web. I was quoted at $90. It was 6pm, I was ready to drop my phone off but the girl told me that they closed at 6:30pm! That really sucked! Dropped it off the next day at 8:30am, They called around 11:45am and told me my phone was ready. I picked it up and I was more than satisfied with the repair!!!! Affordable, Pleasant, and the actual repair speaks for itself. I hope this review helps!
