Had to wait a long time to get my car back. Employees were rude and yelling. Will not park here again

Every employee is disrespectful. Prices were lied about. Never coming back.

There was no good about this parking facilities. Employees are rude and almost came up to face and start yelling.
I bought parking ticket online to park anytime between 10am to 10pm. My confirmation email clearly says arrive anytime after 10am and depart anytime before 10pm. I was charged additional $26.50 because they said it was early bird and my confirmation have no stating of that. Employee said he will not give my car keys back and I ended up paying additional $26.50. I tried contacting customer service for half and hour front of them and no one ever picked up. Employee at the window also denied to call manager. When I ask employee for his name. He got so pissed and start yelling on my face. They also tried to charge me additional 5 dollars for me waiting there and trying to deal with their dumass computers and their mind.

I am calling my CC company.
