Had a great day until we came to pick up our car. The wait was 2 hours!!!! They are horrible drivers and almost ran over two people waiting for their cars. They drive the vehicles extremely rough and are very rude. We will never park with them again! Ever! We thought it was a one time deal but we spoke with a lady that said no, this is normal. They have no system!

Stayed 12/19. Had the coupon!!! paid $25 for 6hrs. The total was ($60). Extremely busy, nice gentlemen. Car was ready quickly. Nothing stolen or out of place. Was impressed I had left the GPS inside the glove box. Will definitely use this place again.

DONT LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE. I left my car parked there for half and hour, and mistakenly left my wallet inside the car. When i got back i paid with a card and left. Later that day when i went to pay in cash i had realized that the garage attendants STOLE $200 from me!!!! Unbelievable that a franchise can allow this to happen. Took a look at my car and realized that someone had even looked through the rest of my stuff. DONT PARK YOUR CAR HERE

UPDATE: Just received a called from Kathleen a very nice sounding lady on the phone. She First began with saying how they are not responsible for anything left in your car. And then she called me a fool for leaving my wallet in there! Shows exactly how professional this company is.
