Bad....I lost something there. someone sees what you have in the car.

We parked at Westside 42 Parking LLC on Saturday, October 10th. We had attended Matilda with our 3 daughters. When we got to the garage to pick up our car the line was about 50 people long. The attendants were slow and inattentive and bringing up cars for customers that were further back in line in front of other customers that had already paid for their cars. There was one customer traveling with her pregnant sister that had fallen ill. The customer became disruptive and unruly because the attendants would not bring up her car. She began to curse and scream and was upsetting the other customers. The 2 attendants left the garage unattended to go get cars and when they did a fight broke out between this woman, her friend and another female customer at the garage. It was disgraceful to see 3 grown women punching and kicking each other and throwing each other down on the garage floor. People were standing in line with their children! What an awful sight. The police had to be called.

Icon parking should be ashamed for not appropriately staffing their garage on a Saturday when plays are letting out and Comic Con is going on. Had the garage been staffed appropriately this whole ugly incident could have been avoided.

Tjhey are FAIR, try to be as fast as possible...remember when a show ends the garage has a hundred people waiting. They are polite & their discounts are MOST HELPFUL...EXCELLENT !!
