We had Honda Odyssey and the attendant charged extra $15.00 for oversized vehicle.

Very bad experience. Both attendants - one on the way in and one the way out - were extremely rude and dismissive, did not acknowledge my tip, and seemed distracted and rushed, even though there was no one else there. When I was dropped off to pick up my car at 3:45 am, no one was there. There was a written note taped to the closed garage door that said "Back in 5 minutes". I WAITED OUT IN THE STREET FOR ALMOST 40 MINUTES, only to find that the attendant was inside all along. Possibly sleeping? And then I got no apology, no thanks for waiting...just attitude, as if I was putting them out. The location was ok, and the overnight price was right, but those 2 guys were unnecessarily hostile towards a paying and tipping customer, and need to find another line of work.

Pulled in today along w 5 other cars... All standing around with no parking attendant to be found. 10 mins later 1 parking attendant comes in from outside the garage! The garage had no one working there, cars could had easily been stolen. Later we returned to pick up our car, found 1 parking attendant who ignored us. We follow him and found him eating! I knocked on the door and was told another parking attendant would help us. 5-10 mins later he comes out and helps us because the other guy did not appear.
