Parked here for 18 months, (2007-2008) they are very good with you car, no problems with scratches, dings at all, but they cost 25% more ($450 vs $350) than the west end towers garage 1 block south (who has a rep for many problems). Plus the night staff is down right surly here, my girlfriend felt threatened and refuses to deal with them if it is night time. Also they require an hour to get your car and 2 hours if it is during the morning shift. So over all good for the car, hard on the budget and personality and schedule
