Nice place, generally friendly people: caveat to those staying in the area hotels: you may encounter come hostility after your third time going to your vehicle to get something. I am sorry, but I feel like for $50 to park overnight I should be able to go in and out as long as I can prove who I am. I can understand why you don't, but maybe next time just don't snarl at me and ask how many more times I'm gonna be coming back in here? Maybe ten more times, dude! Lol, love y'all! Nice to meet you and the guy who helped me out on Wednesday was awesome! Cheers!

they failed to honor the coupon which is bad business practice. It is 3:50 am and my car was parked less than 6 hrs so I should have paid 15.00 but since the machine didn't work they said they could not verify the time and made me pay 52.00. The staff was very professional and understanding. This led me to believe that company policy is engineered to rob people. Be advised.

Great location & Service in Lower Manhattan. Too close to Brooklyn Bridge and One World Trade Center. Really near to FDR drive so don't need to drive in traffic...Thanks Guys :)
