Joined a group for drinks. Had to ask a waiter for a menu. Waiter never came back. Waiter was rude. Service was horrible. Never tried the food cause I never got to order... And a peddler kept healing us to buy weird things he had, inside the yesteryear! This place is a mess! 0 stars!

I have been going here for over 20 years. Love the food. Rodizio is perfect for meat lovers, and the seafood paella is excellent as well. Highly recommend the red sangria.

A friend and I decided on eating at this place one evening. Food was okay at best. You may pay $5 for parking, however, you're given avoucher and they reimburse you once inside. Not immediately but eventually. There was music being played outdoors. We were asked if we wanted to stay outside. When we replied yes, we were then asked if we were eating or just drinking. After replying eating, we were then told that outside seating is for those drinking only. Why not just say outside seating is for bar patrons only in the first place. The waiter was ok. We placed or order, he brought out bread and a small bowl with individual butter, one that had been used. When our food order came out, the waiter took the bread and butter from of the table despite the fact that we were still eating it. Once the waiter felt as though we were done, he came over and started taking our plates off the table not even asking if we were done. He did ask if we wanted to the food home which I replied yes. Came home to find it that only my steak and French fries were bagged not my rice and vegetables which were paid for as well. I will most likely not go back to this establishment.

Stopped here for a drink during the afternoon. Large outdoor patio with umbrellas was nice. Service was quick. Staff is friendly and accommodating. We did not try the food so I cannot comment on the quality of food. The backdrop of the castle is interesting.

Took 30 minutes to receive appetizers on Father's Day. I ordered the Lava Stone Steak The server told me I could not because it was too busy. I ordered the Chilean Sea Bass as a result and it was delicious, but it took 2 hours to come out. As my food came out I noticed another server bring SEVEN Lava stone steaks to another table! Outraged we spoke to the server who comped us a pitcher of white wine for our inconvenience. Unfortunately for him the lack of ability to create dishes on a busy day from the kitchen resulted in this poor review. Now the only reason for me to even come back to this restaurant is if I'm obligated to due to familial request.
