The woman that work there are so nasty.. they are not even nice to the children!!! go to Arden much nicer.. bay street needs to really think about who they hire for the front desk... they were so rude to my 13 year old daughter i could not believe it.. they are rude when you call there as if they are doing you a favor. And maybe these woman might want to dress a little more professional and age appropriate.

ratty, old interior hasn't been updated in 20 or so yrs, "doctor" is more of a saleswoman, staff dressed slovenly.

The contact lens specialist here is the worst! He's VERY bad at dealing with patients. I told him my lenses don't feel right and my vision is still blurry, and then asked if i could get tested again(a test that took him 10mins), and he refused and started to get very defensive about his measurements, and very rude as well. What kind of service is that? I absolutely hate doctors that refuse to listen to you and act like you don't know anything! I'm just baffled at the way I was treated. I wasted $90 here on a Rx that's not right, and had to deal with a badly-mannered doctor. Do yourself a favor, and don't go here.
