If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is contracted to clean up our neighbor's property from a leaked oil tank on their property. They wanted an access agreement so that they could bring in the heavy equipment into our neighbor's property because this is the fastest way to do the work. They played tricks and lied to us in order to get that at the first hand.
The attitude of the owner was very bad too. After all these lies and 10 days of noise from heavy equipment, the poisonous dust, the concrete dumped in front of our house and the strong oil smell, my baby and I had suffered enough. But the owner said on the phone that she couldn't understand why I couldn't grant more days of access.
If you're considering hiring this company, think about the ways they deal with your neighbors or different parties. Being tricky will only anger those parties and slow down your work. And watch out when they communicate with you, because they could trick you into doing something that you don't have to do.
