i pay an expensive monthly maintenance for my property, that mostly goes to salaries of fukkin overpaid, lazy unionized people running the corporation, plus those renters who are sucking blood out of the owners. as an owner, you have the burden of paying at least 2.5x your maintenance fees to support the lazy unionized workers and the rent stabilized tenants' overall living expenses including utilities and upkeep. owners helping the lazy at its finest!!!

if you need something fixed, you're screwed! you're better off doing your own repairs or calling an outside contractor to do it!!!

I would rate them even miserable if possible. Yes, indeed the staffs are really rude, they act as owners and have no sense urgency into solving an issue with a customer when there is one. I requested maintenance on my door to be changed from the first day I moved in December, times that require the heat to be running around the clock. It's been half a year now, problem still not solved while I'm hurting getting $250 electric bill for a 2 bedrooms apartment with almost nothing in it. HALF A YEAR OF "WE'RE WAITING FOR CORPORATE TO RESPOND", taking into account that corporate has inspected the apartment and agreed in a glance of an eye to my request. NOTHING DONE, STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN! OR ELSE WHEN THERE IS ISSUE, YOU'LL BE REGRETTING YOUR MONEY. CUSTOMER SERVICE MISERABLE ESPECIALLY THE STAFFS IN THE COMPLEX.

Staffs in the management office are not nice.
They act like they own the property and they're arrogant and not cooperative.
