Went to a wedding here during a blizzard. A lot of things went wrong but the people at the Hyatt were on top of every detail.

The bar is an absolute gem. Ideal for quieter nights and post work destressing. The staff always seem to remember my wife and I and we get a level of service most hotel bars struggle to get close to.

As soon as we arrived at the Hyatt Regency Jersey City we were greeted by beautiful views and friendly staff. We arrived 4 hours early but were able to get to our room within an hour. On request we were able to see room choices and upgrade to the exact view we wanted overlooking the city. Our room was lovely: the bed was very comfortable and the shower was roomy and luxurious. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to NYC! We got into the city efficiently every day.

Stayed this past Saturday night using a free award night. The Web check in was flawless and easy however I requested a higher floor and nyc views and neither requests were accommodated, but we were tired and didn't make a fuss. The room was clean but is starting to show it's age and will be in need of a renovation or spruce up very soon. Late check out and free WiFi as a platinum member is always welcome. Shower was powerful and can't beat location to path to NYC.
