My fiancee and I have been coming to this specific location literally for years and only had one sub-par experience.
The staff is friendly and accommodating and food doesn't take too long to come out. It MAY get busy at the usual hang-out hours but we never actually waited to get seated; the amount of fellow patrons just varied from "1-2 other couples" to "ha! we just got the last table".
Also there are often online deals as well!

Me and my friend Eat here the other day and Loved the food and the place. Service was good and overall I had a good experience!

Got the eggplant sandwhich. the hummus could have been spread out along the edge of the pita instead of laid out on the bottom. Basically was having just hummus and pita when I reached the bottom of the pita. The ingredients used to make the sandwich all tasted really good and was worth the price.
