Never buy from these people. Very bad customer service, we were sold something which has extra custom size door requirements and now they are refusing to pay the money back. Very hopeless..! Now we donn have furniture at home and 5K money paid upfront !!!

Run from these thieves. I would not recommend Huffman Koos to my worst enemy. Ordered furniture that was split up on different delivery days when it was promised to be delivered on a certain day that I had to take off from work. Had to take off work for a second day for delivery and they delivered damaged furniture that they promised to be repaired. The delivery company claims to be a private company not affiliated with Huffman Koos and are not responsible. After repeated calls to customer service and getting the run around for 8 months nobody has come to fix the problem. Do yourself a big favor and stay far away from Huffman Koos.

Horrible experience! Delivered to the wrong place , made us wait 5 days before correcting the error. WAY too much attitude when we called to complain. Delivered a dresser without attaching the mirror and we're still, after 6 weeks waiting for that and our sofa.
Raymour and Flanigan is the way to go

Stay away, bunch of ignorant people, no customer service, nobody knows anything. Bate and switch, sold me a new dining set, sent me a floor model, verified by going to store and set was gone, trying to get two damaged chairs replaced, no help, no assistance, no one picks up the phone, bunch of cronies in Passaic and in Farmingdale. Mr. Slim is the worst, a complete liar, as well as the managers there. Customer service rep sits there popping her gum and drinking coffee while you wait for her to ask you how she can help you. This company needs to be shut down immediately and prevent other people from losing their money. I agree with other reviews, these people are thieves.

They sold me furniture and never delivered it. Then they refused to issue me a credit. Then when they 'attempted' to issue the credit, they charged me a second time. They are thieves, they lie, they do not return calls, they do not deliver products - run from this place! DO NOT waste your time and money.
