Beautiful furniture....but horrible horrible service and delivery process. Save your self the aggravation and shop elsewhere.

Really worse. u never meet so liars person; just give me histories from February 2015 until now December; Please ....DON'T MAKE A MISTAKE. You'll be in really nightmare.

Worst service ever. Very bad experience. I would never go to Huffman Koos located at Fairfield Nj again.

Our couch arrived damaged. 4 months later still no replacement delivered and no one at customer service or the store is able to tell us whether a replacent order has been placed. VERY INCOMPETENT. No one from corporate returns calls. So we are still waiting, but the longer it has been, the worse the customer service gets. Wasted money and damaged couch in our living room. Never again.

Two words... STAY AWAY! This place is a total shame. My husband and I ordered new bedroom furniture for our daughter about 6 months ago. What was supposed to be 3-4 four weeks max ended up being 3 months. The furniture that was delivered was completely wrong and incomplete. The delivery people said they are not allowed to put it back on the truck. We would have to call the store to schedule a pickup. We called the store and explained we had received the wrong furniture. They proceeded to email us a copy of what we signed off on. What we signed was an illegible photocopy and we could not see the picture clearly. It never crossed our minds that they were having us sign for the wrong furniture. All sales are final and even though they had us sign for the $5000 worth of wrong furniture we were stuck with it. Now... we still have not received the desk that they forgot to order. The manager said he would sell us the desk at cost because of their mistake. After another two months we called and the manager is never available and they have no record of what we are talking about. We are now in month six with the top part of the desk sitting on the floor but still no desk to put it on. This place is a disgrace and they are all a pack of liars.
