Hahaha they call this a furniture store, yea right. More like get ripped of and come out with a headache type of place. So let's get to it starting off with this 1.5 star rating this shouldn't be a suprise, started out in November I placed a order for a full queen sized bedroom set including bed mattress dresser night tables etc.. I received the first delivery after six weeks, including bed mattress dresser and night tables, the closet was completely broken in pieces inside the packaging. The mattress they brought was some cheap mattress and was totally not the one I ordered which even stated on the invoice lol. So they left the mattress saying they take it once they bring the new one. They took the dresser back, saying it will be redilevered in a week, so long story short I'm still waiting for this dresser and it's the end of February. Next, I went back to the store frustrated and pissed to talk about the hold up of the dresser this was exactly Jan 2, 2016 I go back to the store so they gave me a $300 discount on future purchases so went ahead and bought a new vincenza 5 piece motor sofa (worst decision of my life), so now the story is that there is none available in stock and MAYBE be available at end of March. Which is ridiculous, this is by far the worst sales staff I have ever seen. They are rude and honestly dgaf. There is much more details in this situation and tbh im tired of typing lol. So spend your money elsewhere. DON'T STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE THEY SUCK. DON'T DEAL WITH TONY RALPH MR.KIM AND THE WHOLE STAFF THEY ARE FULL OF SH**. TRUST ME PLEASE. THANK YOU

Disaster from the onset, thats what I call my experience with this place. Placed an order on 11/7/15 for a Parma Buffett as an afterthought , saw the piece on my way out and requested the Salesperson to which he graciously agreed. We told him that we would check the dimensions and get back to him and he was fine with that. We called him within minutes of reaching home and was told that he was busy with clients. Since the store is a short walk from my house, we walked over and there he was laid back on a sofa bantering with co-workers. He was visibly annoyed at me coming again and said he'd have to check the stock and that I should call him the next day. When I called I was told he was busy and would call me back, yet again I dropped at the store in the evening and in front of some rude employees I confronted him and he agreed to change the order with a delivery window of 6-8 weeks which I meant I should have received it in early January 2016. Took it upon me to call them, leave messages, emails , Facebook posts , Facebook messenger to no avail besides writing to the Consumer Bureau and BBB. Received a call on Thursday asking me to choose between Tuesday ( today ) and Wednesday. Chose to go with Tuesday and was told I'd get a call on Monday.....yep...as expected ....no calls. Proactively took a day off and received a call at noon stating delivery window 02:30-06:30 pm, just gets better from here....receive a call at 05:30pm saying its delayed by an hour and I would get the delivery by 0730 pm. Its 0845 pm and I am yet to receive the delivery and neither a courtesy call from the driver. Admittedly its a horrible mistake having dealt with this company, even more so when I should have checked all the horrible google reviews and gone to them. Not sure how this place is even in business with this attitude in this day and age by not responding to clients. I'm not giving up yet and exercise all my options to get the money back. Be very very careful before dealing with them. I have the bill from them and if Google had an option , would attach all the proof to corroborate my efforts in having my furniture delivered.

Worst customer service there is. I wish I could give 0 stars. My mother purchased a drawer set which they said they provided in a dark brown, so that it would match the other furniture in her house. Upon delivery the furniture arrived in chestnut. She told the delivery guys that is not what she ordered and they began to tell her that she is wrong. After a long hassle they agreed to take the furniture back.

My mother then called and asked where the furniture is that she ordered and they said that they don't have the furniture in the color she originally ordered. My mother asked for a refund which was agreed to. It has been a month now and still no refund. Any calls to the store are either not answered or someone gives you the run around saying that the person you need to speak to isn't there.

We will NEVER do business with Huffman Koos again. Once the money is refunded, which should have been done weeks ago, we will never step foot inside again. Save your time and your money and go anywhere else!

I wish I read the reviews before my purchase. Back in July, we ordered a dining room set from huffman koos. The delivery date went smoothly. When they delivered the furniture, we noticed a small dent on one of the doors of the china cabinet. We showed the delivery people, and they put a call in. I received a call from customer service telling me it will take approximately 6-8 weeks for a replacement. I called back in October and they told me estimated time of delivery would be November 8, 2015. November 8 comes and goes and nothing. I call back in December and now they are telling me I will have to pay for the door. I am so frustrated with them. How can I be responsible for a damaged door when it was delivered that way and we made it aware to the delivery people and I received a call saying they will replace it? I am calling them one last time, and if I do not get a positive answer, I am contacting BBB. Never again!

If I could give them a 0 I would. I wish I read these reviews before walking into the Elmhurst showroom. All I wanted was a damn Chest. 2 weeks later I'm still waiting. They claim it was damaged and couldn't be delivered then never called back to follow up on when I would receive it. I had to call 3 times with long hold times. Each time they acted as if I was disrupting them! Now they tell me another week for the Chest. I asked for a refund and now am getting the run around. Customer service overall is poor. The salesmen were not particularly nice and were rather insulting (ex. tag price is $500 and when I asked for a better price he literally walked around a column came back to me and said "my manager said the best we could do is $498"). They are just not honest people and they lie about delivery. I was about to order a couch and they said it would take 4 months to deliver! Ridiculous. Mind you I found a comparable couch at Raymour & Flanigan right next door and they delivered it in 2 days. So do yourself a favor and just skip Huffman and avoid the potential for aggravation. Urghhhh!!!!!
