A truly unique (and one of the original) co-op to NYC. Gorgeous grounds and a very active community with fantastic amenities. There is a beautiful rose garden (NOT open to the public), a penthouse apartment available for tenants to rent for guests, a modern fitness room onsite, annual art show, performing arts groups, you name it.
For families, there is a private playground and a school readiness program in the private playroom.
I'm kind of glad the secret isn't out on this place.
