I experienced very poor customer service from a seemingly arrogant employee. After 2nd unpleasant visit I will no longer visit this location. And don't use BESTParking App. They frown upon it's use.

I've had my car there for about a year now. Attendants are really helpful and friendly. But they really need you to call a day prior if you want your car, and if you don't they yell at you - which prevents last second trips. Also, they raise their prices every few months.
