Hudson View Care & Rehab Center

This place should be shut down. I really don't know how it's up and running. My elderly father stayed here to recoup after a surgery and to receive his therapy. The intense lack of service was mind boggling. 90% of the staff is under qualified and extremely lazy. And there has been even physical altercations between staff and the elderly which is horribly sad and cruel. Please don't ever take your loved one here. It would be like taking them straight to hell. They will leave them in their bed in their own feces for hours on end....they will get fed poorly with old food, they won't bath them, they won't attend to them period. If a family member isn't their everyday or all day to make sure everything's is ok, it would be a huge nightmare. I wish I knew before hand how this place was, after I mentioned to friends where he was they were like "omg, please take him out of there, that place is so bad" and they were right :/

No stars can go to a place like this. Terrible two faced attitude from the administration. I worked there for over two years. Over worked CNA staff has to beg for supplies. The Admin. preaches “This is the resident’s home.” But then why don’t the residents even have socks, comb, bushes etc. Some nurses are completely inconsiderate of resident needs unless a camera is watching. The employees do the best they can with what they are given. They are completely over-worked and underpaid for such a delicate and draining job. The administration treats its employees as they are disposable; toss one out and there are plenty in line for the job. The turnover rate there is incredible. If you have a loved one there I suggest putting a camera in their room. I have no doubt that things happen behind closed doors.
