Admin personnel are rude and incompetent. Went there a few years in a row due to proximity. Not worth the aggravation so found a more professionally run alternative nearby. Called for copy of my MAMO image several times. First time I called was given a bad attitude and asked why I needed a copy. Was informed cd would be ready for pickup on saturday, Each time I call am told a different story with an attitude as to why it's not done. Place is a mess. These tests are too important and expensive, your life depends on their actions and inactions.

I had my first trimester screening in the Tuckahoe location. I had a nice experience with my first visit--I wish I remembered the tech's name. She was patient and accommodating. I was told at the end of the visit everything was fine and the measurements were within normal range for my baby. Three days later I get a phone call asking me to come in again without explanation as to why. I was cooperative and prepped for the exam again which was hard enough the first time with my all day nausea. My tech Shy, was indifferent and didn't communicate much until it was over and she told me I could go, to where I had to prompt her by asking if everything was okay..to where her reply was yes. Just when I thought it was over.....I get numerous phone call 2 days later telling me I had to come in a 3RD TIME...I couldn't fathom why they would want to put me through that again and demanded to know why I needed to go again..it turns out they forgot to check the length of my baby. Now there for the third time, I meet a new tech called Rosie which was absolutely horrible. The baby was not moving much and she shook and pressed/pounded down on my lower abdomen with the transducer numerous times to the point where i was in pain...hours later my muscles still ache. I am shocked with how she told me it is a normal thing to do when a baby doesn't move...she wasn't even apologetic. After this whole experience I would not recommend them to anyone..I do not plan on going back.
