Hudson Subaru

So this evening was our second time shopping at Hudson Subaru and it was just as awesome if not more so than our first time, just over a year ago in December 2014. Back then, we were served by Dawn. With my horrible credit, she got me into an awesome car that fit my standards with low monthly payments and in tip top condition... A completely optioned out 2010 Jetta. This time around, we were served by Pedro, who assisted Dawn in getting us the best deal last time. Pedro remembered us from a year prior and welcomed us with hugs and smiles. He sat us down and said, "we have work to do." He smiled and we got to work. My lady and I are still suffering from rather low credit and he showed us exactly what we would be capable of. My lady had her heart set on an orange 2013 Crosstrek with 59K miles on it but it turned out it had been sold to a wholesaler already. So Pedro pointed out another one... 2013 Crosstrek Limited with all options. Only 13K miles on a 3 yr old vehicle. Incredibly, he got us a great deal even with out horrible credit. But it doesn't stop there. Pedro then said he could get the bank to go even lower on the monthly payment with the same down payment. I didn't believe him until he went to negotiate an incredibly affordable deal for us. My lady has been having a rough week and Pedro just made her month. She is incredibly giddy after this evening (yesterday now I guess at this hour). Pedro is the MAN! Thank you for everything. You've really done us a great service and id like to buy you a drink someday!

This was an excellent experience Pedro Lantigua was very helpful as a sales rep. He offer me a great deal which I didn't hesitate to take we close a deal the team of Hudson Subaru help me in everything for my futures cars this is my number one dealer. Jose was getting me the best deal on financing my 2014 Toyota camry the services excellent they have a huge inventory and they work with you and what you looking for their customers service is excellent.

I came here to get a XC for my daughter, Pedro Lantigua was wonderful and he closed the deal for me. I would recommend people to come in and talk to Pedro. Also, they can't keep the XC in house, they're selling like hot cakes.

I went to Hudson Subaru in Jersey City to test drive a WRX manual and a WRX CVT. Called Steve Katz and he said sure come down as I was there in Nov browsing the showroom. I bring my son along to get a passenger's perspective on the car.

I'm there a few minutes and Steve brings me into his managers office. Guys name is Jose. So then the spiel begins on how they need some type of commitment from me. They need to know if I'm buying that day and that they cannot offer test drives on those cars.

Steve Katz was cool. But to have me drive all the way down there and not let me test drive was a big waste of time. They could have just told me that beforehand.
That's their MO I guess in regards to certain vehicles.

So I am not recommending this dealership to anyone I know.

Also, the 2016 Black WRX STI Limited in the showroom is full of scratches. So keep an eye out for that.

I had a good time at Hudson Suburu. Louis Hernandez helped me get my first car for a really good price and was very informative. I received my service plan in my full package. I have not had issues with the cars function since driving. Good Job Hudson.
