For the price, a subpar building, hallaways are a bit dark and dingy. Not very well kept. Old, old appliances. Management and sales team are terrible. Rent at your own risk

Couldn’t have a better location than we do at Hudson Square. A few blocks to the PATH, and so many restaurants/bars nearby. Never had problems with management or the apartment. Very accommodating.
