The Hudson River Front Walkway is quite pleasant and quite long. You can even go through the Hoboken Train Station and continue on south through Jersey City. It also has beautiful views of Manhattan. On the mainland side of the walkway facing towards Hoboken, there are a variety of restaurants, bars and office buildings.
