- Poor #114036

Bikes are good, people were nice. However, the discount price on the web is a bait-and-switch. I tried, multiple times, to rent online at the discounted price and was unable to. When I called the first time, it was explained as a web issue and I got half the discount, the next time, I was told I did not rent far enough in advance (no mention of this term on the site). Just manage your expectations.
