I needed an MRI of my lower back, and live and work in Jersey City. I made an appointment at Hudson MRI. I was never informed there is ONLY ONE MRI machine there, and it is an OPEN MRI -- which I did not want.
They called me at work the morning of the appointment to confirm I would arrive on time, which I did. I scheduled it during my lunch hour since the receptionist told me, "It is one hour exactly from time in to time out."
I arrived 15 minutes early and was informed AFTER I COMPLETED the paperwork that the person before me was late for her appointment and therefore I would be going in later than scheduled. The facility is disgusting and dirty -- filty. From the outside it looks like it is a "shim" place -- and when you get inside you realize it is not the quality an insurance company is paying them for.
