Glad my father got his Accord at the Honda of Tenafly dealership, much more friendly, respectful, and patience staff. Last time I recall wasting my time at this dealership was when my dad and I were searching for a honda accord that would fit his budget about a year ago. When we came in, we only had thoughts on just browsing the inventory and getting an idea on how the financing situation would be so come the day we would officially get the car we'd be ready, yet we were pressured by all means by the sales associate that was helping us at the time, trying to have us finance either a brand new honda which was no where near our price range or any other car they had in the inventory that same day. When the sales associate learned the fact that we're weren't leaving the dealership without a signature confirming the purchase of a car, he had the audacity to say " then what are you here for, I can't really do anything for you if you're not interested in leaving with a car today". Disgusted, we vowed to never come back. Unfortunately today my father went back with his accord to have the service shop properly check and align his tires after not doing it right the first time, and of course the worst happens, one of the mechanics ends up brutally damaging the back right door of the accord by crashing it to god knows what when he was driving it. Absolutely disgusted, enough said

First I like to said that I loved the service and professionalism for my sales representative Wanda Gonzalez, she went out of her way to help me out on my problem, to get me the best deal possible to change my car for a brand new 2016 accord. I was really impressed by they way she care about my issue and even wen to seek help from her sales Manager Carmen. Her service was really satisfying and she was there every step of the way of my brand new car. Will never forget love and care she took towards my problem. Lastly after i drive off with a brand new car she will help you on any question you need, this is a best example of great costumer service. I would definitely recommend anyone I know to Wanda Gonzalez she how how to treat a customer.
