I used to love living here, but since the tenant upstairs moved in it has been hell. They make so much noise that is makes living here unbearable. I brought it to the board’s attention. At their request, I made a list of the dates and times of noise, but they did absolutely nothing. The don’t care about the quality of life for the residents.
