I called yesterday January 24, 2014 at 7:45 PM to find out about a friend, I got a female peace officer on the phone, it was very disappointing , the lack of respect, common sense, she is not in touch with her job a all, after asking a couple of basic questions she shouted " you can't talk to him, write him a letter" and hung up, I called again bypass the automated attendant , the phone kept ringing for a while I kept choosing option one to hold, finally a male peace officer picked up the phone, I asked for the inmate and he was able to explain in detail all my questions, he also mentioned that heard when the female peace officer was talking to me because I told him that she cut me off and hung the phone up, I spoke to this gentleman January 24, 2014 at 9:00pm approximately. I don't have this female officer's badge number nor I have her name all I have is the time and date, I am just another taxpayer minding my own business and trying to live in peace, and then live happens and I see myself dealing with people like this female peace officer, it worries me and I felt the need to write a review, I am not familiar with this system but I am going to do my best to be heard, please don't treat me as if I was an inmate, I am just another happy taxpayer calling for information.

It takes way too long to get someone to answer the phones. I literally called over 15 times before someone answered. When they did I asked to see if a family member was there since i haven't heard from him in a while. He was.. and since I wasn't use to this happening.. I asked the officer what is the process of either talking with my family member or getting him out. The officer simply replied "pay the Bail" I asked how much it would be and he didnt know. He was overly rude with what seemed serious attitude problems. I was speaking nicely even though what happen really affected me emotionally (I was raised to be polite). He had no home training a all. I told him that I understand that he gets calls like this everyday and I also understand every person that calls arnt going to be as nice as I was. I asked him to be more understanding and not short tempered and rude. I put it simply to him. If it was your family would you care? He said.. NOPE.. I said wouldn't you want to talk to them and make sure they are OK? He said NOPE .. I told him okay and let him know I felt bad for them and Thank you for not being able too help me. I wish I could get his name and badge number just so I could let his family if he had any how little he cares. I cant believe that the people that are supost to protect and serve act this way! .. They are supost to set an example for us....

To the Officer that I spoke to if you ever read this and you know who you are. I hope nothing serious ever happens to a loved one. If it does I really wish you don't encounter someone like you. You should feel disgusted and disappointed in yourself. If your miserable in the job you chose please do yourself and everyone else a favor and find a new one.

why is there so much complaining jail obviously is not ment to be a nice place this is a _CORRECTIONAL facility not a evening out with family at the theater and the only people who make this a bad place is the criminals behind bars so stfu and if you have to wait 3 hourse get padded down blame the untrustworthy as&h&l3s who've made it hard for you for the comment guards (c.o) need to do what there payed for have u thought of what they go threw ?? And do u kno how many calls they receive per minute "were my man at" "he my baby daddy 4 kids he ain't gonna b locked up long" give these people a break and shut ya mouth
