I have been going to Fred Bernier for several months now, and his treatments have been invaluable in helping to alleviate my anxiety. When I began meeting with him, we had consultations going over my diet and exercise, and he walked me through a unique plan that was designed around my life and my needs. His acupuncture procedures are gentle and Fred is very responsive to my comfort level. He has never been anything but understanding and warm towards me, and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking out acupuncturist to help with anxiety.

I went to Hudson Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine seeking relief for two issues. The first was chronic neck pain, and the second was a problem with wrist pain. After a couple of treatments my neck pain subsided and I regained full range of motion. Likewise, my wrist pain disappeared and I no longer had pain shooting up my arm. Fred used needling and massage therapy with an herb ointment to achieve these results. In addition he provided guidance on diet and exercise, and listened attentively to my complaints, and genuinely engaged in a dialogue on diagnosis, treatment and outcomes. I highly recommend Fred and the Hudson Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine office.

I have had chronic shoulder pain and discomfort. After treatment and following stretching advice much better. Concern is for overall health and wellness not just symptoms . Have recommended to my family. Rb

I suffer from the autoimmune disorder Psoriatic Arthritis. I started weekly treatment with Fred and notice significant improvements in my joint mobility, specifically my problematic hands and fingers. I'm never totally pain free, but one day hope to space out my Enbrel injections. Fred's treatments are very relaxing, warming and help relieve stress. Thank you Fred for your fantastic care and continued encouragement for healthy living. I would recommend Hudson Acupuncture to anyone looking for an alternative path to wellness.
