Amazing CEA service, I was greeted ny the new Customer Experience Associate of the brach and she was very professional anr helpful. I was ready to close my account because of previous customer service assisntace that was not of my taste. They were very rude before. But the new staff lady made me change my mind and I kept my account there. Then I understood that I has nothing to do with the bank but whoever works there. Hopefully they hire more people like her.
