It is unfortunate that this bank has no concept of customer service. I am referring to the bank name HSBC, not just the branch bank. I have called 3 times in last 5 min, with all reps hanging up the phone. I truly think they dont want to handle the call and the company doesnt know if the employees are even working, all calls are forwarded to overseas offices in foreign countries, of course there is a very large time difference like 3am, so you think these people are really working.
The customer service will not respond to the problems, chooses not to acknowledge the customers problems with service like credit cards, e-banking problems, just responds and apologizes, none have any concept on how to problem solve, they actually think nothing is wrong if it takes over one month to replace a credit card or if the online bill pay takes over 3 weeks to generate an e-check, very contradicting on topics of simple tasks. The mortgage servicing company is erroneously reporting late payments to credit agencies due to the main company cannot verify payments or transferred with in their own corporations.
I dont recommend this bank to anyone, even after 15 years !
