The staff is very friendly, this branch has it's own parking, and the interior is well maintained and organized. Those are the reasons I'm giving this branch a "Good" rating. However, what keeps me from giving this branch, or any other HSBC branch, a "Very Good" or "Excellent" rating are the unacceptable hours that HSBC has set forth. Why do they close at 4pm to 5pm during the week when people work? If they want to keep up with the times, they desperately need to change these illogical hours.
