All other HSBC near where I live are closed on Saturdays for unknown reason. So I made a trip in order to pay for my bills to this HSBC bank. The teller tells me I can't and I would have to make the payment over the phone or by mail.
So what is the point of having branch if I can't solve anything in person.

Was waiting online to make deposit on desk. A staff asked me to use ATM. I follow the staff to the ATM and follow her instruction, however, the ATM "ATE" my money!!! Waste me 1 hour sitting there and calling the 800 phone. And now the problem still didn't solve, my money still jamming at the ATM!!

If you want to talk to a person, get to the service on a deposit account than just keep hitting one it will put you into their queue (get ready for a long hold time). For quicker service you have to provide your account number in the ARU.
