The doctor is barely in, the secretaries dont care, they dont even look at you when you talk to them. They rescheduled my appointment without informing me so i came there for no reason (even when they confirmed my appointment the day before). They contact my mother instead of contacting me directly, even though im 23 yrs old and i have my own individual plan and my own cell phone (which was the only contact number i provided for them when i signed up). When i call to schedule, she is sooo booked that if im sick i would do a better job getting healed up naturally than waiting 2 weeks just to see her for 5 seconds. And once i get called in, they take me to a room, and it takes another half hour for the doctor to actually notice you.
I'm sure its nice and fun when you're old and retired, like 98% of the people there and they have all the time in the world to wait 5 hours in the waiting room, but i think its unprofessional and a complete time waster.
