Smells like cigarettes and the subway. Not worth the money even if it is for a short stay. I checked out after one hour I felt like I would get bed bugs.

Worse place I've ever stayed at. The sheets were stained, hairs on the sheets and on the pillows. I called front desk, one guy came to change them and brought another set of stained sheets. This one's were worse, looks like blood stain. Plus my body started to itch a lot. The tub was dirty. One side light didn't work. Not even the entrance door to main lobby worked. I had to spend the night in the lobby. That's right, no sleep at all. Please save your money and go somewhere else. On top of all, they got mad when I tried to talk to them about it.

The worst hotel we have stayed at. Save your money or find elsewhere! The hallways and rooms stink of cigarettes and they need new pillows as we had to make it into a ball to be able to sleep! BED BUGS attacked my arm i was sleeping on and woke up with 9 bites all over. Breakfast is a joke and rooms are super small. Also found a roach near the bathroom. The only thing i would say is the guy at front desk was friendly but that's it. Never ever again.

The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean as well. Have a big parking lot which was a plus. Also its a very convenient location.

I think the hotel management tries to keep the place comfortable, but they need to try much much harder. The cigarette smell in the hallways goes everywhere. There were people arguing LOUDLY at 1:30am, twice in two days. The breakfast is quite difficult - they served toast, cold cereal, donuts and waffles. It was all carbs, gluten and pastries. I don't demand a hot breakfast, but they could have provided oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt and hard-boiled eggs. If they added some of these items, it would make a better breakfast. On the positive side, when we needed extra towels and blankets, they were given to us - all freshly laundered. There isn't a NYC metro subway close by, so one day we had to take the LIRR into the city ($14 round trip off-peak price). The next day, we drove our rental car close to the Hillside - Jamaica Ave 179th metro stop and took the subway to the city ($2.50 metro ticket one way price). All in all, we won't stay there again. The breakfast was not very nice, the neighborhood was not very attractive, and the hotel was much too noisy with violent conversations and door-slamming in the middle of the night, with VERY strong cigarette smells to top it off.
