First time staying at a New York Hotel and it was a bad experience. The overall smell of the rooms, hallways and elevators was musty and malodorous! The bed linens had multiple different hair strands that apparently came from the hairs of different guests, the a/c unit blew dusty and musty air. The overall staff had poor customer service except 1 male manager, who was very polite and attended to my complaints. I cant wait to leave. Hope i dont develop any respiratory conditions! I will never return to this hotel and would never recommend it to anyone else.
