This was the best dental office i ve ever been to. They have all the latest technology, and the dentist shows and explains everything on a computer screen in front of you. I originally came to see an oral surgeon to place an implant, and then four month later i saw another doctor, who placed a crown on that implant. It looks great. I am very happy and recommend this office highly. Everybody who works there was very proffessional and polite. A+++

I wish there was an option for 0 stars, this place was a living nightmare! The first time I came in for a consultation appointment was around July 14th, 2015. They kept me in the waiting room for an hour, and I sat around in an exam chair for another half an hour. When the doctor finally walked in he was extremely rude. Didn't introduce himself, or ask me how I was doing. He even ignored me when I tried to start up casual small talk to calm my nerves. The second time I had an appointment at 10:15am about a week later (July 21st), and the doctor came in an hour late. So it was another hour in the waiting room, followed by yet another rude encounter from the male dentist. He walked right in and immediately started drilling into my mouth without telling me what he was doing, what kind of work I needed done in total, and he didn't even use anesthesia. I already don't enjoy the dentist, so these experiences were just awful! He filled one cavity and rushed me out of there. The doctors disposition is absolutely horrible. He comes off as very pretentious and made me feel uncomfortable while doing work on my mouth. I scheduled a 2nd appointment for a root canal only because I knew I needed it done ASAP and I didn't have time to switch over my dentist with all the insurance paperwork. I had to wait more than a month for my appointment (August 28th), and they cancelled two hours before I had to come in because the dentist went on vacation. I don't understand why I wasn't contacted sooner if this was planned vacation time! I had already taken off work and found coverage for the day so I missed out on a days worth of pay for no reason. After cancelling on me, the receptionist Rose Marie told me to call back in a few days to re-schedule. I called back, and she said the closest appointment they had was at the end of September. So fast forward yet another month in pain and they called to cancel AGAIN last minute! No one in this office cares one bit about its patients, and they make you feel as if you're causing them trouble by trying to get proper health care. I cant say anything nice about this place with the exception of the dentists assistant. I cant remember her name but she was the only good thing about that place, very sweet and personable and would always compliment my shoes every time I came in.

they love to rebook your appointments, it takes 4-6wks to actually see the dentist, they reschedule u so much that u eventually will need a root canal for the the damaged tooth going bad to worst. not to mention they don't even do root canals there, you have to look for a specialist that does that they don't even refer u to a specialist if you do need 1.
i book my app early sep,2015 to see the dentist for mid oct I've been reschedule 4 times now my app is in Nov.

I've been going here since I was 14, I'm 25 now. You would think after a decade of faithful patronage they would work with you when you have an issue. However this was not the case. The women at the front desk do not listen, its their way only. It takes forever to get an appointment, and when you do get one they act like you owe them something. No loyalty here. Finally I got fed up and found an amazing new dentist. Best decision I ever made.
