Worst experience. Had a window replaced it is leaking air.They came back to look at it and said it had nothing to do with their work.Nasty and rude big mistake using them

Don't waste your time and money. The owner is short and nasty. My experience was very bad. I paid for a service and was not happy with the product. He hung up the phone on me twice, a real jackass.

This is a poorly run business establishment. The person in charge is very rude and dismissive of the customers concerns. I needed my windshield replaced recently and the company did a very poor job. The windshield is not placed on the car properly and they have to order a new part but guess what. It is out of stock until November. So I need to ride around with a windshield that is not correctly placed on my car. And when I inquire about the issue I have to deal with a rude and negative salesman. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!

I was very dissatisfied with the service. An Employee of House of Glass, East Orange location quoted me a price without properly measuring my window . When I questioned his method, he stated "We do these all the time". Called me later to offer me another price, much higher I'm sure . I did not agree with this, once we agree on a price, the proper thing to do is to honor that price , I was asked to pickup my item needing repair and my deposit. They neither loaded the charred glass item on my truck or would discussed the matter. Later I called to speak to the owner and to pull out another work order and was rudely dismissed. Business Owner to Business Owner, you exhibited poor customer service and monetary hemorrhage. In this economy, I don't know and business doing that well to refuse a $10K job.
