Ive been a customer at House of Flats for my entire driving "career". I bought my first car 10 years ago. Since then ive owned 4 vehicles and have taken them all to House of Flats for both Used and New tires, Wheel alignments, quick flat fixes and such. I never do these reviews and usual breeze in and out of a place when getting services done but i felt compelled to give these guys SOME SERIOUS CREDIT when i realized how honest and hard working they are when it came to accomadating clients needs and their wallets.
A few months ago i was in dire need of a wheel alignment, Like BAD! i came in a rush, as i usually do, and ask for a quick alignment. Before even positioning my car for the "procedure" the manager turned and said i needed ball joints first that it would be a waste of money if i paid for a wheel alignment now since i am going to need one later. Im a female that knows NOTHING about cars and this man could of taken my $50 and ran, but he chose to be HONEST. (Something that alot of quick fix places like these lack) And thats what i love about this place. I feel comfortable with their prices and suggestions. Not to mention the prices are Beyond reasonable and they are open late!! I cant even count the times ive rushed after work thanking the heavens for this place because i didnt have AAA to call to change or fix a flat.., A service that they provide for PENNIES...
I am not a fan of "corporate" companies i LOVE small business because of what they stand for and its unique ties to a community i will remain a loyal customer to businesses like these that provide service that i can trust and depend on.
