i would just like to say that i have known john for over ten years and am extremely pleased with everything he has done for me. He has custom made some beautiful pieces for me. i Love all my pieces, my engagement ring wedding bands necklaces tennis bracelets. The quality and the price cannot be beaten and he is extremely nice and easy to work with. i have sent all my family including my parents sisters cousins and friends there and they have always been very satisfied. If you are visiting the jewelry exchange i recommend stopping over at House of Diamonds you will find them extremely helpful.

Never again. I paid for platinum and Jon gave me white gold. I've been a customer of House of Diamonds for several years, starting when I purchased my engagement ring and bands. My husband and I were loyal customers, purchasing jewelry on a yearly or twice yearly basis. Recently, we went to Jon to purchase new platinum wedding bands. Our white gold ones had turned yellow and dull. We chose our new bands, I had mine sized, paid in cash, and left. A couple of months later, my band began to change color, turning yellow. Platinum can dull but it does not change color. I went back to Jon to ask him about the band. He treated me very rudely and accused me of lying and switching bands. In short, he called me a thief and liar. He said that I needed to show him a receipt that specified the band's material as platinum. I went home, found my receipt and returned to Jon with my husband. This time, he apologized and gave me a new platinum band. Nothing can make up for how I was treated and him accusing me of trying to scam him. I paid for platinum and he gave me gold, and then he was bold enough to accuse me of being a thief and liar. I will never go back to him. As far as I am concerned he is dishonest and I can not trust that his jewelry is what he says it is.

excellent experience. i not only have the most beautiful engagement ring but i paid truly a fair price for it. the selection of engagement settings are huge they have so many wedding bands to match and the selection of certified stones is also great. the owner john was very nice patient and honest. he walked me through the selection process while educating me about the cut clarity color of the diamonds. he worked with me to find something affordable to me without losing the quality. his prices were unbeatable for the quality and believe me i looked everywhere. i recommend not wasting time and energy and just bringing a picture of something you like and going straight to john at house of diamonds. i will definitely be going back for years to come along with my whole family.

Strongly recommend spending time speaking with Tara if you are a first time buyer as we were. She patiently guided us through several diamonds and settings in our price range and thoroughly demonstrated the subtle differences between each stone as we viewed them through the jeweler's loupe. We felt unhurried and extremely comfortable during the selection process. After we had examined the GIA dossier and made our choice, John gave us fair price and I returned the following day with a deposit. When I came back a few weeks later with the balance and an issue arose while the diamond was being set in the platinum ring before my eyes, John went out his way to provide a replacement stone that was substantially better than the original. House of Diamonds commitment to educating the consumer and the professional way they satisfied the problem that occurred, allows me to confidently recommend their services. We shall certainly return there to purchase our wedding bands.
