The buffet is okay - does not compare to Misumi. If you want good eats at a decent price, go to the restaurant on the first floor fo this building. I am not sure if its a part of East or not but they have good quality food. Its not a buffet. You order from a menu and they have specials too. Lobster prepared in the Asian style of your choice
$10 or $14 depends on the special they are running. The salty fish & bean curd casserole is great with rice. They have your typical Chinese items too.
You end up spending a lot less than the buffet are satified with what you ordered
